Ella was a lover of people, she had a heart for the broken-hearted and always wanted to do good. A moment in particular was one Sunday morning while watching gospel music videos on TV an ad came on. It was an ad for "Love a Child" missions that serve Haiti. As Ella watched in sadness she ran up the stairs and grabbed her piggy bank, she came up to us and said "I want to help them with my own money. So she got on the phone herself (with our help of course) and called them up to donate. Ella always had a heart for giving. Whether it was wanting to build a homeless shelter or donating money to the hungry, she wanted to do it. We now continue to do what we can #4Ella.
Every year on her birthday we celebrate her life by holding a fundraiser adn asking for donations for Love a Child and other non-profits in need!
